Conference Registration Fee: The organizing committee of the conference entrusts Beijing Murenxunda Science and Technology Development Center (domestic representative) and  (international representatives) to collect the conference registration fee and issue a VAT ordinary invoice (electronic). The following different types of registration fees are subject to the actual received time.


Participants who register and pay to attend ITCVS 2025 will receive the conference attendance voucher and conference materials, interconference simultaneous transmission service, lunch and tea break during the conference, etc.
Participants’ travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by themselves.

 

In line with the purpose of environmental protection and conservation, we suggest officially registered participants to download the collected papers and conference journal from the conference website after the conference.


Foreign Participant: $380
* Senior Member: It refers to the senior member of Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine registered in 2025. Please contact at +86-10-85959010 to confirm.
** Student: It refers to student who is conducting full-time college, undergraduate or postgraduate studies in the school. Please upload the scanned copy of student ID card or school certificate (student ID card and registration page need to be displayed in the same PDF file) when registering. Student can attend the conference on site with the student ID card or school certificate.

 

Payment Methods & Refund:

Payment Methods of Foreign Participates:
After remittance, please be sure to upload the scanning copy or the photo of the remittance voucher to the Personal Center on the official website of the conference (if the payment method is bank transfer, you can upload the remittance voucher). If the remittance voucher cannot be uploaded, please be sure to send it to the email address: 398411223@qq.com. The subject of the email should be ITCVS 2025 + Name of Participant + Name of Organization. The text of the email should indicate the name of all participants, name of organization, type of participant and contact information, attached with the picture of the remittance voucher.

 

The invoice content should be “Conference Registration Fee”. Please log in the personal center of official website one week after the conference to get the electronic invoice.

 

Refund: If you pay the conference registration fee in advance and are unable to attend the conference due to personal reasons, you can submit a written application to the Organizing Committee before August 31, and the full payment can be refunded; if you submit from September 1 to 26, 90% of payment can be refunded; if you submit after September 27, no payment can be refunded. Please log on to the conference official website to download the refund application template, sign and seal as required, and send the scanned copy to the email address: 398411223@qq.com. The Organizing Committee will handle the refund uniformly after the conference. In order to avoid losses, please be sure to pay after confirming your attendance.
